Recruitment Process
- Approval and Demand Sharing:
- Full support is extended to candidates and recruiting companies throughout the initial contract period. Any issues during this period will be addressed by us to the maximum extent possible.
Career Counselling
- Trainees will be provided with career counseling not only to help them in exploring their interests, values, and skills but also to help identify and explore career options, make informed decisions about their future, and develop strategies to achieve their career goals.
Screening Process/Eligibility Criteria
- Check curriculum vitae (CV)
- Qualification required: minimum class 10 pass
- Training and Course Certificate Work Experience Letter
- Age Limit: 21 to 29 years
- Physical and Medical Fitness
Interview
- Selection interview will be conduct either online or in person
- The head or the institute will prepare trainees for interview as per the interest of the trainees and groom them as per the requirement of the employer; position; nature of the job function; background of the company will be shared with trainees.
Issuing of offer letter
- Once a trainee is selected, the company will send their offer letter detailing all HR policies of the companies.
- The selected trainee will agree to the terms and conditions by signing the offer letter for visa processing.
- The selected trainee will be briefed on the terms and conditions of the employing company before the signing.
Documentation
The selected trainees are required to process the following document:
- Academic Transcript & Mark Sheet (Minimum Class 10)
- Training and Course Certificates
- Work Experiences letter (if any)
- Medical Certificate; (x-ray, hepatitis, HIV, urine and blood report). All reports will be conducted in government hospitals in various districts wherein the candidates reside. The hospitals will issue a certificate screening that the candidate is medically fit for employment abroad.
- Police Security Clearance – to ensure candidates has no criminal record with Royal Bhutan of police till date.
- Valid Passport (To process passport visit Passport Division, Ministry of Foreign Affairs at Changangkha or apply online (www.citizenservices.gov.bt))
- Notarization/Attestation of Documents: Notarization is a legal process to validate and authenticate the documents produced by candidates. Apply online and create user (www.citizenservices.gov.bt)
Visa
- After the documentation is completed, the company will process their visa. On receiving the visa, printed visa for Qatar and UAE is acceptable for travel. However, original visa for Kuwait needs to be couriered for travel attestation from the Kuwait Embassy in Bhutan.
Travel
- After visa and necessary documentation are completed, the company will provide economy airline tickets for the candidates. The candidates will be provided logistical support for this. Travel from Bhutan will be facilitated by us.
Overseas Support
Full support will be extended to the candidates and the recruiting company for the initial signed contract period. Any issues arising during the contact period, will be conferred by us the agency. The agency will support the company and the candidates to their maximum capacity.
FEES AND COST
- The agent is permitted to charge a placement fee equivalent to one moth basic salary of selected candidates.
- The placement fee will be collected from selected candidates: 50% after signing offer letter and remaining 50% after issuance of visa from the host government
- Visa stamping fee Nu. 6000 (applicable to Kuwait only)
